3. Payment Processing and Card Storage Authorization

All payment transactions conducted through our Services are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor. Talosha does not directly store raw card numbers or full payment credentials on its own servers.

 

By entering your payment details to complete any initial purchase on our platform, you expressly authorize Talosha and the Awareness Academy to:

• Securely store your payment method via our payment processor for future use

• Apply stored payment credentials to future authorized transactions, including one-click upsell purchases you initiate by clicking the relevant acceptance button

• Process charges in the amounts clearly displayed at the time of each transaction

 

Each transaction processed through our platform will reflect the total amount due at the time of purchase, inclusive of any applicable taxes and a payment processing fee of three percent (3%) of the transaction value. This processing fee is non-negotiable and will be disclosed at checkout.

You acknowledge and agree that all upsell transactions completed through one-click purchase functionality are final and non-refundable, in accordance with our Non-Refundable Charges policy set forth in Section 7 of this Policy.

 

 

4. One-Click Purchase Authorization

By completing any purchase on our platform, you explicitly authorize Talosha and the Awareness Academy to process additional charges to your stored payment method via one-click functionality for any upsell offers presented during or after the checkout process.

One-click purchase charges are applied immediately and automatically upon your affirmative selection of an upsell offer. Each offer presented will clearly display the applicable price and product or service description prior to your confirmation. Your act of clicking to accept any such offer constitutes full and irrevocable purchase authorization.

Should you wish to decline any offer, you must explicitly select the decline or skip option presented. Failure to actively decline an offer does not constitute acceptance; however, affirmative acceptance through the designated button constitutes a binding agreement to purchase. All charges processed via one-click functionality are subject to the same refund terms applicable to standard purchases.

Please note that withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the delivery of transactional or service-critical communications necessary for the administration of your account.

 

 

7. Non-Refundable Charges Policy

All payments processed through our Services, including but not limited to membership subscriptions, one-time program purchases, upsell transactions, merchandise orders, and purchases made using promotional credits, are final and non-refundable, unless an explicit written exception is stated at the time of purchase or by Talosha in writing.

This non-refundable policy applies to, without limitation:

• Initial membership enrollment fees and recurring subscription charges

• One-click upsell purchases completed during or after the checkout process

• Rank-gated program access purchased prior to achieving qualifying rank

• Digital product downloads, course materials, and program content

• Promotional credit redemptions and credit-assisted purchases

 

By completing any purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable charges policy. If you have questions prior to purchase, you are encouraged to contact our support team for clarification before completing your transaction.

 

 

8. Promotional Credits Policy

From time to time, Talosha may issue promotional credits to users in connection with specific campaigns, referral programs, loyalty initiatives, or other promotional activities. All promotional credits are subject to the specific rules and limitations set forth in the applicable Terms and Conditions governing the relevant promotion.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Promotional credits hold no monetary value and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash

• Credits may be subject to expiration dates and usage restrictions as specified at the time of issuance

• Credits cannot be applied to offset non-refundable charges or reverse completed transactions

• The issuance of credits does not alter or supersede the non-refundability of any purchase made using those credits

• Talosha reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional credit program at any time with reasonable notice

 

 

9. Rank-Gated Program Access

The Awareness Academy operates a structured, rank-based progression system through which certain educational programs, content tiers, and community features are accessible exclusively upon a member's achievement of the qualifying rank designated for that content or program.

By enrolling in any membership tier or educational program within the Awareness Academy, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Rank-locked content is not immediately accessible upon enrollment and will become available only upon advancement through the designated ranking structure

• The timeline for achieving any specific rank is contingent upon your individual engagement, participation, and progression within the Academy's framework

• No refund, credit, or compensation shall be issued on the basis that rank-gated content has not yet been unlocked at any given point during your membership

• Talosha and the Awareness Academy reserve the right to modify rank thresholds, progression criteria, and program availability at any time, subject to reasonable notice provided to active members

 

 

10. Sharing of Personal Information

Talosha does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing or commercial use. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party vendors to facilitate our operations, including payment processing (Stripe), website hosting, email delivery, analytics platforms, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually obligated to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our data protection requirements

• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information when required to do so by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Talosha, our users, or the public

• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the acquirer's commitment to honor this Policy
