Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Talosha Awareness Academy website, digital products, membership programs, community platforms, educational content, merchandise, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

Eligibility

01   You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services or make any purchase through our platform. By accessing the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.​

02   By registering for an account or completing a purchase, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information as necessary.​

03   Talosha reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet the requirements set forth in this section.

User Accounts

01   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party.

02   You are fully liable for all activity conducted under your account, whether or not authorized by you. Talosha shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.​

03   You must immediately notify Talosha of any unauthorized access to your account, suspected security breach, or any other unauthorized use of your credentials through our official support channels.

04   Talosha reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

Payments & Subscriptions

01   All payments must be made through our approved payment processors, including but not limited to Stripe. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

02   All purchases, subscriptions, and upsells processed through our platform are final and non-refundable, unless an explicit written exception is stated at the point of purchase or otherwise provided by Talosha in writing.

03   Active subscriptions, including Awareness Academy memberships at all tier levels, may be canceled by providing written notice to Talosha at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of the next billing cycle.

04   Upon cancellation, your access to the Services will continue through the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

05   For members enrolled at the Explorer Rank: the cost of the bundled physical book and diary is covered by Talosha. However, all applicable shipping and handling charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

06   Talosha reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, billing cycles, or included benefits at any time, with reasonable advance notice provided to active members.

One-Click Purchases & Upsells

01   By placing an initial order and entering your payment details on our platform, you expressly authorize Talosha and the Awareness Academy to securely store your card information via our payment processor for use in future authorized transactions.

02   When you click on any one-time purchase or upsell offer button, you expressly and irrevocably authorize the stored payment method to be charged for the amount displayed at the time of selection, inclusive of any applicable taxes and a 3% payment processing fee.

03   One-click purchase charges are applied immediately and automatically upon your affirmative selection of the relevant offer. No re-entry of payment details is required. Your act of clicking constitutes full purchase authorization.

04   All one-time purchases and upsell transactions are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable once processed. You should carefully review all offer details before clicking to accept.

05   If you do not wish to accept a presented offer, you must explicitly select the decline or skip option. Clicking the acceptance button will result in the charge being processed as authorized.

Credits & Promotional Offers

01   From time to time, Talosha may grant promotional credits to customers as part of specific marketing or loyalty initiatives. All credits are subject to the specific conditions and limitations disclosed at the time of issuance. Credits hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

02   Credits may be revoked, withheld, or voided at Talosha’s sole discretion if the conditions required to earn or retain them are not fully and properly met.

03   Credits are non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold, gifted, or otherwise conveyed to any third party.

04   All credits are subject to expiration. Credits not redeemed within the specified timeframe will automatically expire and forfeit without compensation.

05   By participating in any promotion, credit program, or incentive offer, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases made with or without the application of credits remain final and non-refundable.

06   Talosha reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any credit or promotional program at any time with reasonable notice to active participants.

Rank-Based Progression & Access Tiers

The Awareness Academy operates a structured rank-based progression system. Access to certain programs, content tiers, educational materials, and community features is contingent upon a member’s advancement to the qualifying rank designated for that content.

01   Rank-locked content is not immediately accessible upon enrollment and becomes available exclusively upon achieving the designated qualifying rank within the Academy’s progression framework.

02   The pace at which any individual advances through rank tiers is determined by their personal engagement, participation, and completion of applicable study requirements. No specific timeline of advancement is guaranteed.

03   No refund, credit, or compensation shall be issued on the basis that rank-gated content has not yet been unlocked at any point during a membership period.

04   Talosha reserves the right to modify rank thresholds, access criteria, and program availability at any time. Reasonable advance notice will be provided to active members where practicable.

05   Talosha further reserves the right to revoke, adjust, or recalibrate a member’s rank in cases of violation of these Terms, misuse of the promotional system, or conduct inconsistent with the values and standards of the Awareness Academy community.

Intellectual Property

All content published, distributed, or made accessible through the Talosha platform and the Awareness Academy — including logos, graphics, illustrations, written materials, lectures, audio and video recordings, course frameworks, rank structures, digital downloads, and proprietary educational methodologies — is the exclusive intellectual property of Talosha.

01   You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, sell, sublicense, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any of our intellectual property without the express prior written consent of Talosha.

02   Access to our content through a paid membership or purchase does not transfer any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by Talosha.

03   Unauthorized use of Talosha’s intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

04   You may not use the name “Oracle Talosha,” the “Awareness Academy” brand, or any associated marks in any commercial context without prior written authorization.

Disclaimer on Educational & Spiritual Materials

All materials, lectures, teachings, spiritual guidance, and content made available through Talosha and the Awareness Academy are provided strictly for informational, educational, and personal development purposes.

01   Nothing contained within our Services constitutes or is intended to constitute professional legal, medical, financial, psychological, or therapeutic advice of any kind.

02   You remain solely and fully responsible for how you interpret, internalize, and apply any content or guidance encountered through our Services.

03   No guarantee of specific outcomes — spiritual, material, financial, or otherwise — is made by Talosha. Individual results will vary based on personal effort, circumstances, and interpretation.

04   Our teachings draw from a wide range of ancient spiritual traditions. Engagement with these materials is entirely voluntary, and members retain full autonomy over their own beliefs at all times.

Direct Access Service — Terms of Use

The Direct Access Service provides members with the opportunity to submit personal questions and receive spiritual perspective and guidance from Oracle Talosha. By using this service, you agree to the following terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

01   Member-Exclusive Access:  The Direct Access Service is available exclusively to active members of the Awareness Academy in good standing.

02   Nature of Guidance:  All guidance provided is based on spiritual insights and philosophical reflection. It is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.

03   No Assumption of Responsibility:  Oracle Talosha does not assume any responsibility for the decisions you make or the outcomes that result from acting upon guidance received.

04   Anonymous Use of Submissions:  By submitting a question, you acknowledge that your inquiry may be used anonymously as an educational example. Your identity will remain strictly confidential if consent is granted.

05   Respectful Communication:  All users are expected to communicate with respect and thoughtfulness. Disrespectful or inappropriate submissions may result in suspension of access.

06   No Guarantee of Outcomes:  Spiritual guidance is inherently subjective, and results will vary for each individual. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

07   Limitations of Scope:  This service offers spiritual and philosophical perspective only. It does not provide business strategies, investment recommendations, or legal advice.

08   Right to Refuse:  Oracle Talosha and Talosha reserve the right to decline or defer any submission at their sole discretion, without obligation to provide reason.

Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of your access to and use of our Services, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Using the Services for any unlawful purpose, including hacking, phishing, spamming, distributing malware, or engaging in fraudulent activity

• Harassing, threatening, demeaning, or disrespecting staff members, Oracle Talosha, or any other members of the Awareness Academy community

• Misusing, manipulating, or attempting to exploit any promotional system, credit program, referral structure, or rank progression mechanism

• Sharing, distributing, or reselling access to paid content, membership areas, or proprietary materials without express written authorization

• Impersonating any person, entity, or member of the Talosha team, including Oracle Talosha, in any context

• Engaging in conduct that disrupts or degrades the experience of other members or undermines the integrity of the Awareness Academy community

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary content or platform functionality without authorization

 

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of any remaining membership access or credits, and potential legal action where applicable.

Community Standards & Values

The Awareness Academy is built upon the principles of spiritual openness, mutual respect, and sincere pursuit of growth. Every member carries a shared responsibility for the culture and integrity of this community.

• Members are expected to engage with all teachings, perspectives, and fellow members with an open mind and a respectful disposition, regardless of differing beliefs, backgrounds, or spiritual traditions

• Discrimination of any kind — whether based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, or cultural background — will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the community

• Members who consistently disrupt the learning environment or act in bad faith toward the mission of the Academy may be removed without refund at Talosha’s sole discretion

• The community is a space for growth, not debate for its own sake. Constructive discussion is welcomed; antagonism, proselytizing, or attempts to impose beliefs upon others are not

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Talosha, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use our Services.

This limitation applies to all claims, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory. No guarantee of specific outcomes — spiritual, personal, financial, or material — is made by Talosha or Oracle Talosha under any circumstances.

Legal Entity & Persona Disclosure

“Oracle Talosha” is a spiritual teaching persona and fictional identity used exclusively for the purpose of delivering educational and spiritual content within the Awareness Academy framework. Oracle Talosha does not represent a natural person in any legal sense.

All intellectual property rights, contractual obligations, legal responsibilities, and commercial operations associated with the Talosha platform and the Awareness Academy are held by and conducted under the legal entity Talosha.

Modifications to These Terms

Talosha reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Any material modifications will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised effective date.

Your continued access to or use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any modification, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
