These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Talosha Awareness Center website, products, and services. By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or make purchases.
1.2 By registering or making a purchase, you warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2. User Accounts

2.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2.2 You are liable for all activity under your account.
2.3 You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

3.1 Payments must be made through approved payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
3.2 All purchases, subscriptions, and upsells are non-refundable.
3.3 Subscriptions (including Awareness Center memberships) may be canceled with at least 48 hours’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
3.4 If canceled, access continues until the end of the billing period.
3.5 For Explorers: the cost of the bundled book and diary is covered, but the customer is responsible for shipping.

4. One-Time Purchases and Upsells

4.1 By placing an initial order and entering your payment details, you authorize us to securely store your card information for future transactions.
4.2 When you click on any one-time purchase or upsell button, you expressly authorize the stored card to be charged for the displayed amount, plus applicable taxes and a 3% transaction fee.
4.3 All one-time purchases and upsells are final and non-returnable.
4.4 You agree that charges will be processed automatically upon clicking the upsell button without requiring re-entry of payment details.

5. Credits and Promotional Offers

5.1 From time to time, customers may be granted credits as part of promotional or marketing offers. Credits have no cash value and are subject to the conditions disclosed at the time of issuance.
5.2 Credits may be revoked, withheld, or voided at our sole discretion if the conditions for earning them are not fully met.
5.3 For example:

• Customers who purchase the Seeker Rank may qualify for a $49 credit if they (i) leave a review, and (ii) pass the associated exam, within 7 days of purchase.

• Once granted, the $49 credit must be applied toward an upgrade to the Explorer Rank within 3 days of issuance.

• Credits not redeemed within the timeframe automatically expire.
  5.4 Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or refunded.
  5.5 By participating in promotions, you agree that all purchases made with or without credits remain non-refundable.​

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, graphics, texts, lectures, and digital materials, is the exclusive property of Talosha. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer on Materials

All materials, lectures, and spiritual guidance are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not replace professional advice in any field. You remain solely responsible for how you apply the material.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the website for unlawful activities (e.g., hacking, spamming, spreading malware).

• Harass or disrespect staff or other members.

• Misuse promotional systems (including credits).

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our services. No guarantee of outcomes, spiritual or material, is made.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Legal Entity

“Oracle Talosha” is a fictional persona used for spiritual teaching and does not represent a natural person. All rights are reserved by the legal entity Talosha.

By using the Direct Access Service, you agree to the following terms:

2. Member-Exclusive Service: This service is exclusively available to members of the Awareness Center. Non-members are encouraged to join the community to build a solid foundation of knowledge before seeking advice.

3. No Responsibility for Decisions: Oracle Talosha does not assume responsibility for the decisions or outcomes of your actions based on the advice provided. You remain fully responsible for how you interpret and act upon the guidance.

4. Anonymous Use of Questions: By submitting a question, you may be asked if your inquiry can be used anonymously as an example to help others with similar issues. Your identity will always remain confidential if consent is given.

5. Respectful Communication: Users are expected to communicate respectfully and thoughtfully when submitting questions. Disrespectful or inappropriate inquiries will not be tolerated.

6. Non-Guarantee of Results: There is no guarantee that the advice provided will result in specific outcomes. Spiritual guidance is subjective, and results may vary for each individual.
